30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In good condition
- Free from excessive damage, misuse, or alterations
- Returned in its original packaging (where possible)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We understand that pet products need to be tried at home. However, items that show significant wear, heavy staining, strong odours, or damage beyond normal testing may not be eligible for a full refund.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the correct return address.
Please note:
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Special order items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
